Only Account Administrators have access to the Billing Information section. This section provides details about the subscription such as the payment method, charge details, and account type.
To view your Billing Information, please follow these steps:
- Visit app.box.com/billing
- Sign in as the Account Administrator
- Scroll down to the Billing Information section
