As announced last year, we have been developing new integrations with Microsoft Copilot that will allow our joint customers to utilize the power of Microsoft Copilot to enhance the usefulness and value of their Box files.
This first enhancement leverages the Box Connector for Microsoft Graph* which can be used across various surfaces, including within Microsoft Teams, at Microsoft365.com, and at copilot.microsoft.com making it easy for users to access their Box content and gain insights through interactions with Microsoft Copilot.
Instead of digging for information in files and folders saved across Microsoft 365 and Box, users can leverage this new integration to save time with actions such as:
-
Quickly synthesizing and summarizing shared Box documents to draw insights from collaborators.
-
Asking questions of shared content to derive major milestones in an existing project.
-
Getting up to speed more quickly on conversations and new learnings rather than needing to scroll through Chats and Channels to catch up.
*Graph-grounded Copilot can be used across Microsoft Teams, Microsoft365.com and copilot.microsoft.com.
Requirements:
-
Customers need a Microsoft Copilot license, learn more here in this Microsoft article.
