Box for Salesforce v4.52 Release Notes – Box Support

CRITICAL ALERT FOR CUSTOMERS RUNNING ON BOX FOR SALESFORCE V3.98 TO V4.51 - we recommend you update to v4.52 or later to address potential security vulnerabilities with the Polyfill library.

We have released a new version of Box for Salesforce, available for download at the Salesforce AppExchange. Included in v4.52:

Removed all instances where the Polyfill library was used, to address potential security vulnerabilities
Updated Salesforce API versions on various components
Fixed an issue where Box Sign Email templates did not auto-fill Salesforce fields
Fixed a Box Permissions Flow error due to excluded license types
Updated error handling
Fixed assorted minor issues

Note: Box released enhancements to its public collaboration APIs, which will break older versions of the integration (v3.54 and lower). Therefore we strongly recommend:

For all customers using Professional Edition, upgrade to v3.56.
For all other customers, upgrade to the latest version of Box for Salesforce, as older versions are no longer supported.
