We have released the following capabilities in Box Sign
- 6 additional dedicated fields - including initials, name, email, stamp, company and title
- text formatting (font and font size).
Currently senders use the multi-purpose free-form text fields to meet their needs. Dedicated fields enable senders to replicate paper-based processes (where initials may be required on every page of a multi-page contract) as well as ensures higher completion rate as it reduces the chance of error on the signer side. The initials and stamp fields get treated like the signature field, and are captured in the signing log.
Font controls enable users to match the font used in the document they are sending for signature so the signed document appears cleaner and more professional with consistent fonts and formatting as configured.
