Box Drive Ignores Some Types/Names

I just learned that Box Drive ignores file names that are exactly 8 uppercase hexadecimal digits (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E, or F) with no extension – for example: 1234AD38 or ABE32BD0.

So, if we have a file on Box.com named 00016789 (i.e., 8 numerical digits), this file will not show up in Box Drive. Why is this and is there a workaround to get these files to show on Box Drive?
