Forms for Box?
Is there any product or solution to be able to create and then allow users to complete forms electronically and have them populate into Box? Maybe using something like Google Forms, ideally with electronic signature capability too like Docusign?

I was just looking at Zoho Creator - and it offers something like what I was looking for. A sort of set of tools to build forms or "apps" for responses from staff or clients. It would be nice if there was an integration with ZohoCreator and Box - so that the forms get completed the data gets stored in Box. I think this may be possible with Zappier tho I have not used.

Would love to see this as well. This allows a business to collect information in an easy fashion while maintaining a consistent format. The user sees a nice looking web based form and what we get is an aggregated place in Excel where we can review and manipulate the data. It would be exactly what Google Forms provides.

I'd check out Nintex, saw a demo of their product at BoxWorks and looks pretty cool.

I am a brand new users to Box. I my previous job I has a heavy user of Google Forms. I can attest that not a week went by when I didn't publish a form, review data collected from a form, or interact with others' forms. Please add comparable functionality to Box. I think it would be a great addition to the suite.

JotForms has a great forms integration with Box, you can easily map form field information with uploaded files metadata etc. The problem is that the integration is in practice useless when form encryption is enabled.
Formstack is much more secure, but it is not possible to map field information with uploaded files metadata.
A way to make secure anonymous file uploads from web forms to a box folder with metadata would be highly respected. Email to folder is also not secure enough.

I see these strings being about 2 years old. Were there any form integrations that were added to box. Is there possibly a way to integrate that function directly with the google docs sync function? I have been trying to find a solution so we don't have to use a google docs for some data and box for others.

If you can convince people on the advisory board that the need for integrated forms is important enough they could share that with Box. There are many other forms solutions available in market which may not integrate with Box but may be enough of a deterrent for Box to invest in tighter forms integration. If there is a forms integration for a product you use and it does not offer all of the features you want you could lean on that third party vendor to enhance the integration to allow the missing functionality.

Trying to re-engage this one ... any forms yet? Or is it possible to somehow "link" a form created in Google to store in Box on the Back-End or even one created in OneDrive to store in Box on the back end? I don't know that Box has to recreate the "forms wheel" when there are simple ones to create forms today, but my guess is that it's all in the ability to store it in Box on the back end versus having "cloud storage sprawl". I know for my college, we want to push everyone to Box and have them stop using Google Drive, One Drive, DropBox, etc. but then we have to account for these types of use cases.

Hi,
I am also looking for a Google Forms integration with Box. We try to use Box for all file storage related to our project folders etc. Many of our project setup information is generated through Google Forms, and it would be ideal to have all of that created through the Box folder so it doesn't have to be exported and dumped. We already link our Google Sheets and Docs, but having Forms as well would be a huge timesaver.
As an example, our forms tend to be creative briefs, requirements documents, spec sheets etc. Occasionally, they are company or user surveys as well.

My company administrator blocks BOX Pulse so please record a vote for me!
Would love to use something like this to collect product specifications/requirements from customers via a predefined form and allow submission for feasibility review of product in a workflow in our BOX account.

I would love Microsoft Forms integration into Box. With several organizations I work with, since Google Forms is used to collect information, this results in using Google Drive for all. Forms integration would allow for full transition to Box (preferred) instead of having to use Google Drive. Would definitely love to see this feature in the future!

Wow 6 years have gone by and still zero progress. This is a relatively simple ask and should not be too difficult to expand upon given you can already add fields into a file request form. We just need the ability to add more fields. Imagine you could link that form to a spreadsheet within a secure box folder.
The product team is sleeping on what is a highly sought after need that your competitors like Google, Microsoft, Docusign, Adobe and many others are already providing.
Time to wake up please! Thanks.
