Business plan and Business Plus plan

Initially we had an Individual plan (Free) and then we upgraded to Personal Pro, and in both plans it was possible to give access to folders to multiple users without limits. Now that we have upgraded to the Business plan, you want to charge us for each email that we are giving access to the folders. And at the moment you are trying to charge us for 4 users. If we upgrade to Business Plus, can we give unlimited access to as many external users as we want without any extra charges?
