Option for "People with the link" is greyed out in Account Settings

Hello!

I have a very simple use-case for Box that requires the ability to share a file link to an external user without a Box account. It's a simple iCalendar invite.

However, I do not have the option to select "people with the link" when sharing.

When I go to Account Settings, the option to enable "people with the link" is greyed out. How do I get access to this option on my account?

  Hi Derek, 

  Welcome to Box Community! 

  Please contact your main Admin, it seems that "People with the link" is not allowed for your Shared Links.

  I'm the administrator, and I still can't get it un-greyed out.  How do I do that?
