Content section empty after plan upgrade

    Welcome to Box Community! 

    Note that the folder's ability to store contents varies depending on the folder owner's storage allocation. Please identify its owner and find out if the user has enough storage for your upload(s) by going to Account Settings> Storage Used.

    Hi,

    thanks for your reply. Actually I see that we have unlimited space, so it should not depend on this. What is strange is that before the plan upgrade, the Content section in the in the Admin console was full, and now after the plan upgrade it is completely empty... Where are the files? Hope they're not gone.

    Hi,

    when calling the API to upload a file we still receive a message "Account storage limit reached" but our Plan has unlimited space. How can we solve this issue?
