Box Desktop is not synced to Box Cloud
Hello- my box desktop application is not syncing to Box cloud. I have to always go to the cloud to open my files.

Are you using Box Sync app or Box Drive?
If you are using Box Sync, you need to first Mark your folders for Sync, please check this article on how to Mark content for sync: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196393-Marking-Content-for-Box-Sync
If you are on Box Drive, files and folders should automatically sync to your computer as cache data.

Hi,
I am writing because I have an issue with my Box Sync. I emptied it because it was warning me that my storage limit was reached, but now, although my Box Sync, Box Drive, or whatever were called, it still says I am using some GB; the computer files and the online account are empty.
I appreciate your help, please, asap because my work depends on it.
