box .pdf open issue when offline on windows

Out of sudden I have issues with box .pdf open issue when offline on windows.

I can open files when online but when offline .pdf can not be open.

If .pdf is copied to PC drive/documents I can open normaly.

Notice appear as on picture. How to fix it? Can this be virus?

It was workign normal till now. Please fix, support.

  Yes, no errors are there when I download file.
