    Any updates on this issue? We've been experiencing this for over a year since we've joined Box. The engineering team hasn't provided any updates for us either.

    Hi,

    This was never really resolved for me but I also was not able to duplicate the problem and it has not happened to me again. One thing I do different now, is that I only work in one browser when creating a Box Sign. I did a lot of trouble shooting with the Box Team. One thing that I did think about is, I wonder if the disappearing issue is caused when working in multiple Box browser tabs?? I remember working in multiple tabs and maybe I picked up on a different tab than the one I was originally working in. For example, maybe I started the Box sign in Tab 1 and saved it, but then opened another Box tab (tab 2 but same browser or maybe even a different browser - who knows. Sometimes I am all over the place when working) to do a different task. Then when I went back to finish the Box sign I may have reopened it in the second tab or a different browser than the original browser I used to create it. I I have not tried to duplicate the problem doing this and the sequence I just described may not be the exact event, but I have a gut feeling that is some kind of combination of multiple browsers. The interesting thins is that mine disappeared even after I tested them out to make sure it worked! If one of you have the time to test it out and it duplicates the problem please update it in Box.

    I created a template and in BOX sign and saved it.  It disappeared.  It's not in the trash.  I did not have more than one Box tab open. I only had one browser open and only 2 tabs open.

    This just happened to me. My box sign template disapeared after I Edited it and chose the replace option and selected an updated document that we wanted to use. It saved successfully and then the template was gone.

    Same exact thing happened to me just now.   "This just happened to me. It saved successfully and then the template was gone."  I see post on this going back a year.  What is the response from Box?

    Reached out to Box through Chat.   It appears this is caused because of some type of lag in performance.  Response from Box "OK it seems that there is some lag going on which I will bring up to our team so they can check on this behavior".   My template came back about 15 minutes after the save.
