Unlimited storage isn't Unlimited afterall! - 12TB a year that's the limit you should mention in the pricing section.

I spoke with my sales representative as soon as started my business plan. He said that the storage is Unlimited but you can only upload upto 1TB in a month. Once you hit that, you've to wait 30 days to even upload even a 1mb document. The same goes to doanload (1TB a month) I'm so shocked and surprise to see them selling a business plan with the claim of unlimited storage and then capping it in a way that you can only upload 12TB a year. So to migrate all my current data (200TB) from cloud or even from my HDD it'll approximately take me 15 years to complete the migration. This is unacceptable! This is something that should be clearly mentioned in the pricing plans. They haven't mentioned this anywhere and people only come to know this when they hit the 1TB mark. Unfortunately, I'll have to quit just after 3 days of purchasing business plan. There's no way/option around it. Box shuttle has a limit and beyond that limit it's too expensive to even think of. Very unfair practices from the Box company.
