Admin Console button does nothing

Hi - I'm a co-admin on our Box account and I can see the Admin Console button on my login landing page.  But clicking the button just returns me to my landing page, and I can't access the Admin Console.  What might cause this? 

I have accessed the Admin Console without problems in the past, but am no longer able to.

Why does the Admin Console button appear at all if it doesn't work?
