    Rona I was able to talk to sales and got the information that Box Shuttle is not available during the trial.
    Furthermore I learned that only the 1st 10TB is included, and any amount past that needs to be brokered through what sounded like a 3rd party. Just for community knowledge I will post what the results are when I get the rest of the information on that.

    New Business account. Can't get Shuttle to install per same description as above, even after having tech support end the trial.

    I've been trying to test Shuttle for a week now and getting nowhere. This reflects very poorly on Box workflow design and support. Why do they hide the fact that it's not supported during the trial, displaying no notice? Why doesn't Shuttle install and fails?

    It's really hard to evaluate Box as a service when data migration -- a critical aspect for adoption -- is not included in a trial, and then for some reason continues to fail even after we pay money.
