Transfer of Admin - waiting on verification

I am currently trying to arrange for the transfer of admin rights to our Box account. The notification states that the process is waiting on verification, but the person to whom we want to transfer the admin rights has not received any notification. Can anyone suggest what we should do? Who needs to verify?
