Why my account is not syncing
Hello Everyone,
My Box folders do not sync to my computer and when I add folders to Box Sync folder from my computer I get this error:
There is no application set to open the document ___.
Search the App Store for an application that can open this document, or choose an existing application on your computer.
I'd appreciate help! Thanks.

Welcome to the Box Community!
Have you checked out this article on Marking content for Box Sync yet?You would have to mark your folders for Sync first in Box.com for them to sync down to your computer and once your folders starts showing on your computer, you can start adding folders in there.If this did not help, do you mind providing more information or even share a screenshot?
