Why my account is not syncing

    Hi Zaina, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Have you checked out this article on Marking content for Box Sync yet?
     
    You would have to mark your folders for Sync first in Box.com for them to sync down to your computer and once your folders starts showing on your computer, you can start adding folders in there.
     
    If this did not help, do you mind providing more information or even share a screenshot? This will help out other members of the community to answer your question.

    This forum is absolutely no help!!!!!!!  My pc and box account will not sync.  It did for about 6 years--now nothing!!!  HELP!!!!!
