macOS Box sync issues & initialisation failures
We've been having issues of late with Box Drive on Macs in our office. The issues range from the dreaded Box failing to initialise the app upon a clean install or failing to sync any files. The Macs vary in age, CPU and macOS version and our external collaborators using Macs have similar issues to what we are experiencing in the office.
If you have experienced any issues with Box Drive and have a solution, could you please reply to this post with what you have found to resolve the issue? I have exhausted all the answers I could find in the forum, I am hoping I have missed something simple.

Apologies for the late reply, thank you for the suggested resolution for the Box Drive failed to initialise error. Unfortunately, it did not work for the MB M1 on macOS12.5. It returned the error:
mv: rename /Users/username/Library/CloudStorage/Box-Box to /Users/username/Box-Box-Backup: No such file or directory
I appreciate your efforts in helping me with this issue
