Box Quota Exceeded
AnsweredI am suddenly not able to sync files. The error message is Box Quota Exceeded. I was not receiving these messages until I started using my second computer to which both computers are linked to the same account. How do I solve this problem.

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box and should be able to sync files. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
