Folder Modified Dates Not Updating
AnsweredWhen I update or add a file in a folder on the BOX web screen, the update date of the folder (not the file) is sometimes updated very late. (Sometimes it takes more than a day)
Is there any way to solve it because it does not give the correct result when I want to find the most recently updated one from the folder list?
As you can see in the link below, I think it's a known issue, but we've requested improvements through our BOX support company, but the situation hasn't changed even after more than a year.
I would like an immediate response.

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.

I don't know if it's the same thing, but last year I asked a Japanese support company to run a countermeasure script, but it didn't seem to work.
Below is the folder where the problem occurs.
The file was added on 2/2/2023, but the update date of the folder is 8/3/2022 at the moment.https://app.box.com/folder/131211134906
