    I’m experiencing an issue where .MOV files uploaded to Box are not previewing correctly. Specifically, the audio in the Box preview seems to only play from the first audio channel, while other channels are muted or ignored. However, when the file is downloaded, the audio functions properly.

    Is this a known issue, or is anyone else encountering this problem? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated. You can visit us at streameast official site
