    Hello,

    I am attempting to add a second email and have not received an email with a link to verify. 

    I have received an email that states "The email xxxx@xxx.com is pending verificatuion for the Box account "xxx." You can manage your email addresses in Account Settings."

    There is nothing to click in order to verify the email.  I have tried resending the verificaiton and continue to get the above email.  How can I verify my email so it is not pending verification.

    Try checking your spam folder for the email. If you still haven't received it, ensure the email address is correct and try using a different browser or clearing your cache before resending the verification.
