Files not transferring from Box to computer folders

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I'd like to confirm, did your boss send you a Shared link of these files or did he actually invite you as a collaborator on these?

    If you are using Box app like Box Drive, to access your files from your desktop, you need to be a collaborator in the content for it to show up in your desktop environment. If these files were shared from a "Shared link", it's expected that these will not show up in Box Drive as shared link files are only accessible via the Box Webapp.

    Same question and issue. I can see the folder through the browser but copying stuff over both ways is a nightmare of slowness. I have other accounts that show up in my desktop folders and the copying over is super quick. Need to set it up that way for this other account but can't figure out how to get it in my desktop folders, not just the browser. Is there any email address or way to actually contact customer support??!! This is beyond frustrating.
