Cant submit a support ticket re over storage limit error
The 'submit a ticket' page only let's me go to the forum. There is no actual way to contact support to log a ticket. Being a paying customer this is very frustrating.
The contents of my Box drive is 83.1GB yet my account says that it is over 100GB and items are no longer syncing.

The issue you encounter seems related to a known issue described in this article:
I've gone ahead and ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your Box, it should now be reflecting the correct storage size available in your account.
