List all Custom Applications for an Enterprise via API

Is there an API endpoint (or other method) of getting a list of all Custom Applications for a given enterprise? Ideally, I would like to be able to get a list of all enabled custom applications, the app name, a list of users (or even just a count), and the access level for that app.

 

Is this possible, or am I out of luck?
