Webhook created but not send notification on public IP on event trigger

Created webhook on folder and register our https URL with domain name.

The domain is certified and publicly accessible also port is secure 443. But not able to get why it is not sending notification while change in webhook enabled folder(s).

  Hi Guys,

  This Issue has been resolved. I am writing here for other's reference.

  
  In our case one intermediate certificate was missing on our server due to this, we were facing the problem.
