Using as-user header for impersonation

Hi, I have a question about impersonation.

Is using as-user header for impersonation restricted by the type of box business plan?
We are creating a new application and we need to test impersonation and we are not sure which type of plan is suitable for that (Business Starter / Business / Business Plus ...)

  No, the as-user header is not restricted by account plan!
